When the core and pelvic floor muscles are weak,  

Your cheater muscles show up big time.


And here's what happens:

- hip flexors work instead of your glutes

What do glutes have to do with my diastasis?

In a word - everything. Pelvic floor strength is directly tied to glute strength! And a strong pelvic floor is the foundation for a strong core. If you’ve been working on core exercises and kegels and aren’t seeing results, it’s time to think outside the box and start taking a holistic approach. Each piece needs to be put in the puzzle for a strong body! Glutes may be the missing piece.

I don’t have diastasis. Will this still help me?

100% YES! In fact, if you don’t have diastasis and are starting with a working core, you’re in a great position to see amazing results. Every mom needs strong glutes! If you’ve noticed a flatter butt after having babies, or poor posture where you’re tucking your butt under you, then you definitely need the Glute Camp! Glutes are the start of a strong body. In the Glute Camp you’ll get a total body transformation, not just strong glutes.

When will I get access to the Glute Camp?

What results can I expect?

Every mom is different - with different levels of strength, different starting points, different hormones, genetics, fitness levels, etc. So, it’s impossible for me (or any fitness coach) to guarantee a specific result. But I can say… If you follow the plan, like really COMMIT and follow the plan, you can expect to build muscle and strength. You can expect your glutes to activate and get strong. Is there coaching involved?

No, there is no private coaching involved.  This is a self study, self paced program.

How do I know if my body is ready for  this workout?

If you are newly postpartum, 3 months or less, this program is not for you.  You can do this program if your core feels stable, you are ready to start and gradually work up to external load-bearing workouts that will push your body to its next level.


But, that being said, ALL the exercises in the Glute Camp can be done with body weight only and you can increase the difficulty level at your own pace as you get stronger. If you've completed ANY of my other programs with positive results, you are ready for Glute Camp!
