Great question! You will have unlimited access to the videos and challenge materials for the program's life. So, you can start the challenge whenever you'd like and repeat it as well!
Absolutely yes! There will be modifications and progressions, so Atomic Body will work for all fitness levels!
While I can't guarantee a specific result (because we are all different with different bodies!), I can tell you that a very reasonable change after a challenge like this is anywhere from 4-10lbs, if you follow the workout, meal, and habit changes plans exactly. Don't worry! I'll help you!
You'll need 5 things:
1. A pair of light weights (2-5lbs)
2. A pair of heavy weights (10-18lbs)
3. A resistance loop band
4. A resistance long band
5. A chair/bench/couch
There's a strong possibility that you haven't failed past challenges, but that the challenges failed you. You always need self-motivation and determination for any goal you want to reach, but you are way more likely to reach them with the right program! The answer is yes, IF your core feels stable enough for HIIT workouts. I highly recommend doing the Core Corrective Program first, then jumping into Atomic Body!
