Do  I lose access when the 4 weeks are over

Great question!  You will have unlimited access to the videos and challenge materials for the program's life. So, you can start the challenge whenever you'd like and repeat it as well! 

Are there modifications if I want to take it slow?

Absolutely yes!  There will be modifications and progressions, so Atomic Body will work for all fitness levels!

How much weight will I lose?

While I can't guarantee a specific result (because we are all different with different bodies!), I can tell you that a very reasonable change after a challenge like this is anywhere from 4-10lbs, if you follow the workout, meal, and habit changes plans exactly.  Don't worry!  I'll help you!

What equipment will I need?

You'll need  5 things:

1. A pair of light weights (2-5lbs)

2. A pair of heavy weights (10-18lbs)

3. A resistance loop band

4. A resistance long band

5. A chair/bench/couch

How do I know I can stick with this? I've failed at challenges before.

There's a strong possibility that you haven't failed past challenges, but that the challenges failed you. Is this safe for diastasis?

The answer is yes, IF your core feels stable enough for HIIT workouts.  I highly recommend doing the Core Corrective Program first, then jumping into Atomic Body!  That being said, I made this program to be diastasis friendly, so all movements won't harm the progress you're making with your core healing. It will just help to make you stronger!   Please be vigilent with your healing and always check with a doctor if you have  any abnormal postpartum fitness concerns
